Who we are

DevMoTech ("DevMoTech", "we") runs this website and the project brief form. You can reach us at our contact address (not published yet).

Person responsible

The person responsible for protecting personal information at DevMoTech is a person not yet named here. Write to the responsible person (address not published yet) about anything in this notice.

What we collect

When you send a project brief we collect what you type: the services you need, your project description, the tools you use today, budget and timeline if you choose them, your name, work email, company and phone number if you give it.

We also record when the brief was sent, a reference code, and the version of this notice you agreed to. To stop abuse, we briefly keep a one-way hash of your network address.

Why we collect it

Only to read your brief, reply to you and, if you go ahead, prepare a proposal. We do not sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a newsletter.

We rely on your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the responsible person (address not published yet); we then delete your brief.

Who sees it and where it is stored

Only the owner of DevMoTech reads briefs. They are stored in our own business system, hosted with its database by Railway in a region not published yet.

When a brief arrives we email ourselves a notice that contains its reference code only, none of what you wrote.

How long we keep it

Our retention periods are not published yet. Until they are, the project form stays closed and we collect no briefs.

Your rights

You can ask to see your information, correct it, withdraw your consent or have it deleted at any time. Write to the responsible person (address not published yet) with your reference code; we answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies: no analytics, ads or tracking. If you pause the animations, your browser remembers that choice on your device only.

Security concerns

If you think information you sent us has been exposed or misused, write to the responsible person (address not published yet) straight away.
